I am terrible at waiting. I thought I’d gotten better but having to use one leg at a time instead of my foot on a pedal has proven the bandwidth of my humanity more than ever. I’ve lived in Paris for a month now and I couldn’t be happier, or sorer. Of moving. Of Turning. Of stretching out who I am to form into who I’m becoming. I don’t want to be anyone other than the version that is here in the present. And the construction on the side walks and foregin language in my ears has proven to more and more that that time is of the essence of the holder.
There are secrets in this city I’ve yet to discover, people I’ve just began to know.
